| SHAVING |
| | Always spray your razor with alcohol just prior to shaving. Showers and medicine cabinets are incredible breeding grounds for bacteria. By putting the alcohol on the razor, you kill the bacteria, reducing the stressed skin from shaving. Change your blade head regularly. 3 blades or more in a razor head does not mean you can go longer without changing heads. You will cut yourself more trying to get a close shave with a dull razor than gliding a sharp razor across your face Shave in the Shower. Shaving should be your last action in the shower. By doing so, it gives your beard a chance to soften from the steam, allowing for a closer shave with less irritation. For those of you who do not like shaving in the shower, shaving after vs. before, this will give you a similar effect. Fog free mirrors for the shower can be purchased at most bath specialty retailers.

| SKIN CARE APPLICATION |
| | Apply skincare in small increments with your finger tips. By dispensing products on the back of one hand, apply to your face with the finger tips of the other. Start with one pump of product. Over application of products wastes time and money with no noticeable benefits. Do Not rub product into your hands prior to application (excluding cleansers.) The product will absorb into your hands, NOT your face. Other than cleansers, products should be applied to clean, dry skin. Sunscreen should be applied to your ears and the back of your neck. Visible results from product use typically takes 4-6 weeks.
